This fresh, healthy classic helps you hit your 5 a day and is the perfect side for a number of dishes! Plus there’s no added sugar like in the supermarket version.
350g | fresh tomatoes, finely chopped |
1/2 | red onion, very finely chopped |
20g | fresh coriander, finely chopped |
1/2 | lime, juice |
1 | chilli, finely chopped |
salt, to taste |
Add 1 crushed garlic clove if you want extra flavour.
Add extra chillies for extra heat!
