With only three ingredients, you can add great flavour to your basic recipes. Gremolata can be used over meat, fish, pasta, soup, salad and everything your creativity allows!

Ingredients

1 bunch flat-leaf parsley, finely minced
1 garlic clove, peeled and finely minced
1 tsp lemon zest

Method

1. Use a mortar and a pestle to pound the ingredients together!

You can add salt, pepper and olive oil for a delicious marinade.
