A great way to incorporate greens into your diet!
1 | banana, sliced |
1 or 2 handfuls | spinach (fresh or frozen) |
1 handful | tropical fruit mix |
1/2 | juice of a lemon |
50 ml | plant based milk (e.g. oat or almond) |
1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend.
