Peanut Butter & Jam Bars

You can't go wrong with this classic flavour combination

These simple, healthy bars make the perfect snack or sweet treat.


Peanut butter base:
130g peanut butter            
80g honey
80g rolled oats
1/4 tsp salt
Jam topping:
170g raspberries (fresh or frozen)
1-3 tbsps honey (to taste)


  1. Line a loaf pan with non-stick baking paper.
  2. To make the base, add the peanut butter and honey to a medium saucepan and stir over low heat to combine.
  3. Remove from the heat and stir in the oats, then press the mixture into the loaf pan using the back of a spoon. Refrigerate whilst you make the jam topping.
  4. In the same pan, combine the raspberries and honey. Cook over low heat for 15 minutes, stirring continuously, until the raspberries have broken down and thickened to a jam-like consistency.
  5. Spread the jam over the peanut butter base. Allow to cool in the fridge for 30 minutes before slicing into 8.
