This classic condiment traditionally accompanies beef but could also bring to life any vegetarian meal.

Ingredients

35g 

parsley, finely chopped 

15g 

coriander, finely chopped  

15g 

fresh oregano, finely chopped or 2 tsps of dried
oregano 

3-4

garlic cloves, crushed 

6 tbsps

olive oil

squeeze 

lemon juice

2

green chillies, finely chopped 

to taste Salt and pepper 

Method

1. Chop down all the ingredients as noted and mix together or blend all ingredients together for speed and a smoother texture, then serve.

Chef’s tips

Add extra chilli for more heat!
