Healthy Coronation Chicken

A safe and easy Indian inspired dish

High in protein, low in fat but full of flavour: you’ll be tempted to make this healthy coronation chicken recipe again and again! 


medium cooked chicken breasts (approx. 200g), cut into chunks
150g 0% fat greek yoghurt
25g sultanas
1 tbsp curry powder
salt and pepper, to taste 
1 tsp cinnamon


  1. Begin by stir-frying the chicken, cooking until cooked throughout.
  2. Mix the curry powder and cinnamon with the greek yoghurt.
  3. Add the cooked chicken and sultanas to the greek yogurt mix.
  4. Season with pepper.

Chef’s tips

Add 1 tsp honey for extra sweetness. This dish goes perfectly with jacket potatoes or salads.
