Take the confusion out of poaching an egg and instead follow our simple, healthy recipe!
To poach an egg you will need a saucepan.
1. Begin by bringing a pan of water to a simmer then adding a dash of vinegar. The acidity of the vinegar will help bring together the proteins of the egg in the pan.
2. Next crack the eggs into the water and begin a timer set to 4 minutes
3. Now the eggs have cooked it is time to remove them from the water. To do this you will need a slotted spoon or ladle and a tea towel to catch any excess water.
