Ideal for breakfast, here’s our chef’s tips on how to fry your eggs, sunny side up!
To fry an egg, you will need a frying pan.
1. Begin by placing a frying pan over a medium heat and adding vegetable oil.
2. Carefully crack the egg’s shell on the side of the pan and slowly pull apart the shell so that the egg drops gently onto the pan.
3. Try not to disturb the egg while it cooks as it will tear. Instead wait until the base begins to come away from the pan, then use a spatula to get underneath the egg and remove it.
